Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes! We serve the international market, we do worldwide shipping. 

When do I receive my order?

  • Regular shipping usually takes 3-15 business days after placing an order for delivery.
  • With the COVID-19 situation there may be some delays, we have all the hygiene conditions for our costumers receive their orders safely.

Order Rules?

  • If you order and want to refund/cancel after your item is shipped out you will be charged a 15€ restocking fee per item (fee varies on the products ordered). Once your items are shipped out there are no returns. If the item is damaged/faulty upon arrival (must show proper proof) and check what is the best solution. Usually, we give two solutions, one gift card to use at the store or on your next order we will send you the damaged product again.

  • You can ask your tracking number via email, we use a Portuguese mail website so we can translate you the information.

  • If we receive your order back you will be charged a 10€ shipping fee to send your order again. 

Can I cancel my order?

  • You have 6 hours to cancel your order. Please think before buying. We don't give refunds for reconsiderations. We take our shipping really seriously and ship the item asap to deliver the item quickly to our client. We will give an immediate refund if the item hasn't shipped. 

How many products can an ambassador order?

  • When you purchase your ambassador kit you can only pick one kit, if more than one kit is selected we will select one kit for you of our choice. Has for the general orders, an ambassador can buy unlimited items.
